What exactly does "guaranteed booking" mean?

A booking is defined as a pre-qualified cosmetic patient who has paid a consultation deposit and attended a confirmed appointment. If we miss the monthly minimum on a given package, the following month's fee is waived in full. The guarantee is written into the service agreement in plain English.

Who is this for — and who is it not for?

Best fit: London private or mixed practices opened in the last 5 years, with at least one principal offering cosmetic treatments and open chair time. Not a fit: NHS-only practices, surgeries under 6 months old, or clinics looking to buy leads only (we sell outcomes, not lists).

Do you buy the ad spend, or do we?

You retain full control of your own Meta and Google ad accounts. We manage the spend on your behalf with complete transparency — every pound, every click, every deposit visible to you in real time on the dashboard.

What's the minimum commitment?

90 days for Foothold, Ascent and Summit. Pinnacle is scoped bespoke, typically 6–12 months. We do not do 12-month retainer lock-ins disguised as partnerships. If it's not working, you walk.
